"Half-day trip to Hong Kong and absolutely worth it! The lobster porridge was rich, flavorful, and super satisfying, and all the other dishes were amazing too. A must-try restaurant. Thank you Ricky for taking good care of us!"

"When auntie ayi wellwellwell first told me they were revamping their menu to focus on more nostalgic Cantonese dishes, I was instantly intrigued. As a lifelong foodie passionate about preserving culinary traditions, I was excited to experience the homestyle Cantonese recipes. From the moment I walked into the refined yet warm-toned dining room at #AuntieĀYI inside #hkpacificplace, I was transported with a sense of familiarity and comfort. The Prawn Toast with Caviar and Perilla Leaf were ultra creamy from the lush caviar , balanced by refreshing Perilla Leaf . Bite after bite had me craving more of their buttery perfection. Slow braised for tender tenderness, the Braised Whole Goose Claypot fell off the bone with its savory sauce. I couldn’t get enough of this homestyle classic cooked with by Auntie ĀYI. A standout was the Golden Orange Infused Crab Meat and Crab Roe - the fresh orange perfectly offset the sweet, succulent crab . Their healing Double Boiled Chicken and Morel Mushroom Soup was restorative, with silky eggs and Morel mushrooms simmered for hours in a soothing broth. Luxury was tasted in the Sea Urchin and Angus Beef Claypot Rice - the briny sea urchin mingling beautifully with tender Angus beef and rice. Dessert saw the indulgent Caviar and Ice Cream Cone - the cool vanilla tamed the caviar’s saltiness into a delightfully rich treat. From intricate flavours to meticulous cooking, every Auntie Āyi dish tells the story of Chef Auntie Mai’s (媽姐) passion for feel-good food . This nostalgic Cantonese brought me straight back home with comfort in each bite."

"Auntie Ayi is one of our family’s favourites, whether for family dinners or when we have friends in town. It's not a cheap eat, but the food is so delicious and satisfying that we find it worth the price. Their dim sum might be hit or miss, but the real gem is their extensive main menu. There are so many dishes you want to come back for: salt-baked threadfin fish flambé at tableside, crispy tofu bites (one of the best in town), lobster soup with mixed seafood over crisp rice, giant steamed meatball with salted egg and squid, crispy noodles with tender sliced beef and gravy, sesame chicken, etc. Service is good. Mick and Ricky are warm and friendly. For the quality and portion sizes, the prices are reasonable, offering great value. It's a go-to for a reliably delicious and satisfying meal."

"Nice environment and good service. All dishes are tasty in general, just the sauce of seabass fillet is a bit salty."

"First time visiting this place at Pacific place. Actually they have different sections within this outlet. We sat the Chinese restaurant, atmosphere was really nice. And the food was amazingly good. Not to mention the flawless service. Already booked a table for dinner with mom and friends in 2 weeks."

"Auntie AYI is a modern Chinese restaurant serving classic favourites. The interiors reminded me of another modern Chinese restaurant - Mott 32 but Auntie AYI is friendlier and I guess affordable. Food is good but I can't say memorable. Staff are helpful."

"December 2024: Auntie AYI is lovely. It is, expensive, however. I got the lunch set, with the mushroom and truffle dumplings, char siu with jelly and white rice. I thought the char siu was especially good. Be careful of the price. The appetiser chips cost HKD 40 and tea is HKD 50 per person. For two people with the set lunch each it came to around HKD 545."

"This is one of the high end Chinese restaurant located in the Pacific Place. It is very convenient, just right opposite the escalator once you come out from Admiralty MTR station. I came on Sunday. It is surprising quiet and no much customers on that day. You can chit chat and enjoy the meal in the restaurant. Unlike any other restaurants in Hong Kong, which they will rush on you to finish the food and collect your plate immediately once your food finished. However, the price is quite expensive and have 10% service charge. Price starting from HKD 180 above for a set meal. Food taste not bad, can try. Food portion also reletively big."
